Summer 2012!
SEI will be heading south in May 2012 for a field study course in the coral reefs and rainforests of Belize. A two course offering through the biology department will be begin spring semester with a seminar class discussing a wide range of topics in tropcial ecology and conservation. After graduation, a ten-day field immersion course will take students to two Belizean field stations - one on the island of South Water Caye and the other to the interior rainforest.

The cost for this course will be announced in November and will include tuition for two credit hours, airfare from Atlanta, room, board, transportation between sites and park entrance fees. Please contact Rachel Petropoulos at SEI - Spencer Hall 176 for an application. This course is available for Univeristy of the South students only.
